Art therapy is effective for people of any age with no previous experience in art required. I specialize in trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive approaches to art therapy using art-making and mindfulness to support individuals develop insights and self-awareness, discover resources of inner strength and empowerment, problem-solve, improve their self-esteem, manage stress and enhance interpersonal relationships.
